۞ قَالَ فَمَا خَطْبُكُمْ أَيُّهَا ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ 31
[Abraham] said, "Then what is your business [here], O messengers?" الترجمة — Saheeh International
قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّآ أُرْسِلْنَآ إِلَىٰ قَوْمٍ مُّجْرِمِينَ 32
They said, "Indeed, we have been sent to a people of criminals الترجمة — Saheeh International
لِنُرْسِلَ عَلَيْهِمْ حِجَارَةً مِّن طِينٍ 33
To send down upon them stones of clay, الترجمة — Saheeh International
مُّسَوَّمَةً عِندَ رَبِّكَ لِلْمُسْرِفِينَ 34
Marked in the presence of your Lord for the transgressors." الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَأَخْرَجْنَا مَن كَانَ فِيهَا مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ 35
So We brought out whoever was in them [i.e., the cities] of the believers. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَمَا وَجَدْنَا فِيهَا غَيْرَ بَيْتٍ مِّنَ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ 36
And We found not within them other than a [single] house of Muslims. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَتَرَكْنَا فِيهَآ ءَايَةً لِّلَّذِينَ يَخَافُونَ ٱلْعَذَابَ ٱلْأَلِيمَ 37
And We left therein a sign for those who fear the painful punishment. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَفِى مُوسَىٰٓ إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَـٰهُ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ بِسُلْطَـٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ 38
And in Moses [was a sign], when We sent him to Pharaoh with clear authority. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَتَوَلَّىٰ بِرُكْنِهِۦ وَقَالَ سَـٰحِرٌ أَوْ مَجْنُونٌ 39
But he turned away with his supporters and said, "A magician or a madman." الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَأَخَذْنَـٰهُ وَجُنُودَهُۥ فَنَبَذْنَـٰهُمْ فِى ٱلْيَمِّ وَهُوَ مُلِيمٌ 40
So We took him and his soldiers and cast them into the sea, and he was blameworthy. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَفِى عَادٍ إِذْ أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلرِّيحَ ٱلْعَقِيمَ 41
And in ʿAad [was a sign], when We sent against them the barren wind. الترجمة — Saheeh International
مَا تَذَرُ مِن شَىْءٍ أَتَتْ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا جَعَلَتْهُ كَٱلرَّمِيمِ 42
It left nothing of what it came upon but that it made it like disintegrated ruins. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَفِى ثَمُودَ إِذْ قِيلَ لَهُمْ تَمَتَّعُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ حِينٍ 43
And in Thamūd, when it was said to them, "Enjoy yourselves for a time." الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَعَتَوْا۟ عَنْ أَمْرِ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ ٱلصَّـٰعِقَةُ وَهُمْ يَنظُرُونَ 44
But they were insolent toward the command of their Lord, so the thunderbolt seized them while they were looking on. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَمَا ٱسْتَطَـٰعُوا۟ مِن قِيَامٍ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ مُنتَصِرِينَ 45
And they were unable to arise, nor could they defend themselves. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ مِّن قَبْلُ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا فَـٰسِقِينَ 46
And [We destroyed] the people of Noah before; indeed, they were a people defiantly disobedient. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلسَّمَآءَ بَنَيْنَـٰهَا بِأَيْي۟دٍ وَإِنَّا لَمُوسِعُونَ 47
And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلْأَرْضَ فَرَشْنَـٰهَا فَنِعْمَ ٱلْمَـٰهِدُونَ 48
And the earth We have spread out, and excellent is the preparer. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَمِن كُلِّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَا زَوْجَيْنِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ 49
And of all things We created two mates [i.e., counterparts]; perhaps you will remember. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَفِرُّوٓا۟ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ ۖ إِنِّى لَكُم مِّنْهُ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ 50
So flee to Allāh. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَا تَجْعَلُوا۟ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَـٰهًا ءَاخَرَ ۖ إِنِّى لَكُم مِّنْهُ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ 51
And do not make [as equal] with Allāh another deity. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. الترجمة — Saheeh International
كَذَٰلِكَ مَآ أَتَى ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّن رَّسُولٍ إِلَّا قَالُوا۟ سَاحِرٌ أَوْ مَجْنُونٌ 52
Similarly, there came not to those before them any messenger except that they said, "A magician or a madman." الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَتَوَاصَوْا۟ بِهِۦ ۚ بَلْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ 53
Did they suggest it to them? Rather, they [themselves] are a transgressing people. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِمَلُومٍ 54
So leave them, [O Muḥammad], for you are not to be blamed. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَذَكِّرْ فَإِنَّ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ تَنفَعُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ 55
And remind, for indeed, the reminder benefits the believers. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَمَا خَلَقْتُ ٱلْجِنَّ وَٱلْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ 56
And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. الترجمة — Saheeh International
مَآ أُرِيدُ مِنْهُم مِّن رِّزْقٍ وَمَآ أُرِيدُ أَن يُطْعِمُونِ 57
I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلرَّزَّاقُ ذُو ٱلْقُوَّةِ ٱلْمَتِينُ 58
Indeed, it is Allāh who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ ذَنُوبًا مِّثْلَ ذَنُوبِ أَصْحَـٰبِهِمْ فَلَا يَسْتَعْجِلُونِ 59
And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their companions [i.e., predecessors], so let them not impatiently urge Me. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِن يَوْمِهِمُ ٱلَّذِى يُوعَدُونَ 60
And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلطُّورِ 1
By the mount الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَكِتَـٰبٍ مَّسْطُورٍ 2
And [by] a Book inscribed الترجمة — Saheeh International
فِى رَقٍّ مَّنشُورٍ 3
In parchment spread open الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلْبَيْتِ ٱلْمَعْمُورِ 4
And [by] the frequented House الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلسَّقْفِ ٱلْمَرْفُوعِ 5
And [by] the ceiling [i.e., heaven] raised high الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلْبَحْرِ ٱلْمَسْجُورِ 6
And [by] the sea set on fire, الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَٰقِعٌ 7
Indeed, the punishment of your Lord will occur. الترجمة — Saheeh International
مَّا لَهُۥ مِن دَافِعٍ 8
Of it there is no preventer. الترجمة — Saheeh International
يَوْمَ تَمُورُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ مَوْرًا 9
On the Day the heaven will sway with circular motion الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَتَسِيرُ ٱلْجِبَالُ سَيْرًا 10
And the mountains will pass on, departing - الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَوَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ 11
Then woe, that Day, to the deniers, الترجمة — Saheeh International
ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ فِى خَوْضٍ يَلْعَبُونَ 12
Who are in [empty] discourse amusing themselves. الترجمة — Saheeh International
يَوْمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَىٰ نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّا 13
The Day they are thrust toward the fire of Hell with a [violent] thrust, [its angels will say], الترجمة — Saheeh International
هَـٰذِهِ ٱلنَّارُ ٱلَّتِى كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ 14
"This is the Fire which you used to deny. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَفَسِحْرٌ هَـٰذَآ أَمْ أَنتُمْ لَا تُبْصِرُونَ 15
Then is this magic, or do you not see? الترجمة — Saheeh International
ٱصْلَوْهَا فَٱصْبِرُوٓا۟ أَوْ لَا تَصْبِرُوا۟ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ ۖ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ 16
[Enter to] burn therein; then be patient or impatient - it is all the same for you. You are only being recompensed [for] what you used to do." الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّـٰتٍ وَنَعِيمٍ 17
Indeed, the righteous will be in gardens and pleasure, الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَـٰكِهِينَ بِمَآ ءَاتَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ وَوَقَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ عَذَابَ ٱلْجَحِيمِ 18
Enjoying what their Lord has given them, and their Lord protected them from the punishment of Hellfire. الترجمة — Saheeh International
كُلُوا۟ وَٱشْرَبُوا۟ هَنِيٓـًٔۢا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ 19
[They will be told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do." الترجمة — Saheeh International
مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ مَّصْفُوفَةٍ ۖ وَزَوَّجْنَـٰهُم بِحُورٍ عِينٍ 20
They will be reclining on thrones lined up, and We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَٱتَّبَعَتْهُمْ ذُرِّيَّتُهُم بِإِيمَـٰنٍ أَلْحَقْنَا بِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَمَآ أَلَتْنَـٰهُم مِّنْ عَمَلِهِم مِّن شَىْءٍ ۚ كُلُّ ٱمْرِئٍۭ بِمَا كَسَبَ رَهِينٌ 21
And those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith - We will join with them their descendants, and We will not deprive them of anything of their deeds. Every person, for what he earned, is retained. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَمْدَدْنَـٰهُم بِفَـٰكِهَةٍ وَلَحْمٍ مِّمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ 22
And We will provide them with fruit and meat from whatever they desire. الترجمة — Saheeh International
يَتَنَـٰزَعُونَ فِيهَا كَأْسًا لَّا لَغْوٌ فِيهَا وَلَا تَأْثِيمٌ 23
They will exchange with one another a cup [of wine] wherein [results] no ill speech or commission of sin. الترجمة — Saheeh International
۞ وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ غِلْمَانٌ لَّهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لُؤْلُؤٌ مَّكْنُونٌ 24
There will circulate among them [servant] boys [especially] for them, as if they were pearls well-protected. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ 25
And they will approach one another, inquiring of each other. الترجمة — Saheeh International
قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّا كُنَّا قَبْلُ فِىٓ أَهْلِنَا مُشْفِقِينَ 26
They will say, "Indeed, we were previously among our people fearful [of displeasing Allāh]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَمَنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْنَا وَوَقَىٰنَا عَذَابَ ٱلسَّمُومِ 27
So Allāh conferred favor upon us and protected us from the punishment of the Scorching Fire. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّا كُنَّا مِن قَبْلُ نَدْعُوهُ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْبَرُّ ٱلرَّحِيمُ 28
Indeed, we used to supplicate Him before. Indeed, it is He who is the Beneficent, the Merciful." الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَذَكِّرْ فَمَآ أَنتَ بِنِعْمَتِ رَبِّكَ بِكَاهِنٍ وَلَا مَجْنُونٍ 29
So remind, [O Muḥammad], for you are not, by the favor of your Lord, a soothsayer or a madman. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ شَاعِرٌ نَّتَرَبَّصُ بِهِۦ رَيْبَ ٱلْمَنُونِ 30
Or do they say [of you], "A poet for whom we await a misfortune of time"? الترجمة — Saheeh International
قُلْ تَرَبَّصُوا۟ فَإِنِّى مَعَكُم مِّنَ ٱلْمُتَرَبِّصِينَ 31
Say, "Wait, for indeed I am, with you, among the waiters." الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَـٰمُهُم بِهَـٰذَآ ۚ أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ 32
Or do their minds command them to [say] this, or are they a transgressing people? الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ تَقَوَّلَهُۥ ۚ بَل لَّا يُؤْمِنُونَ 33
Or do they say, "He has made it up"? Rather, they do not believe. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَلْيَأْتُوا۟ بِحَدِيثٍ مِّثْلِهِۦٓ إِن كَانُوا۟ صَـٰدِقِينَ 34
Then let them produce a statement like it, if they should be truthful. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ خُلِقُوا۟ مِنْ غَيْرِ شَىْءٍ أَمْ هُمُ ٱلْخَـٰلِقُونَ 35
Or were they created by nothing, or were they the creators [of themselves]? الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ خَلَقُوا۟ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ ۚ بَل لَّا يُوقِنُونَ 36
Or did they create the heavens and the earth? Rather, they are not certain. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ عِندَهُمْ خَزَآئِنُ رَبِّكَ أَمْ هُمُ ٱلْمُصَۣيْطِرُونَ 37
Or have they the depositories [containing the provision] of your Lord? Or are they the controllers [of them]? الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ لَهُمْ سُلَّمٌ يَسْتَمِعُونَ فِيهِ ۖ فَلْيَأْتِ مُسْتَمِعُهُم بِسُلْطَـٰنٍ مُّبِينٍ 38
Or have they a stairway [into the heaven] upon which they listen? Then let their listener produce a clear authority [i.e., proof]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ لَهُ ٱلْبَنَـٰتُ وَلَكُمُ ٱلْبَنُونَ 39
Or has He daughters while you have sons? الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ تَسْـَٔلُهُمْ أَجْرًا فَهُم مِّن مَّغْرَمٍ مُّثْقَلُونَ 40
Or do you, [O Muḥammad], ask of them a payment, so they are by debt burdened down? الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ عِندَهُمُ ٱلْغَيْبُ فَهُمْ يَكْتُبُونَ 41
Or have they [knowledge of] the unseen, so they write [it] down? الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ يُرِيدُونَ كَيْدًا ۖ فَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ هُمُ ٱلْمَكِيدُونَ 42
Or do they intend a plan? But those who disbelieve - they are the object of a plan. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ لَهُمْ إِلَـٰهٌ غَيْرُ ٱللَّهِ ۚ سُبْحَـٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ 43
Or have they a deity other than Allāh? Exalted is Allāh above whatever they associate with Him. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَإِن يَرَوْا۟ كِسْفًا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ سَاقِطًا يَقُولُوا۟ سَحَابٌ مَّرْكُومٌ 44
And if they were to see a fragment from the sky falling, they would say, "[It is merely] clouds heaped up." الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَذَرْهُمْ حَتَّىٰ يُلَـٰقُوا۟ يَوْمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِى فِيهِ يُصْعَقُونَ 45
So leave them until they meet their Day in which they will be struck insensible - الترجمة — Saheeh International
يَوْمَ لَا يُغْنِى عَنْهُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْـًٔا وَلَا هُمْ يُنصَرُونَ 46
The Day their plan will not avail them at all, nor will they be helped. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ عَذَابًا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ 47
And indeed, for those who have wronged is a punishment before that, but most of them do not know. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَا ۖ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ 48
And be patient, [O Muḥammad], for the decision of your Lord, for indeed, you are in Our eyes [i.e., sight]. And exalt [Allāh] with praise of your Lord when you arise الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَمِنَ ٱلَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْهُ وَإِدْبَـٰرَ ٱلنُّجُومِ 49
And in a part of the night exalt Him and after [the setting of] the stars. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلنَّجْمِ إِذَا هَوَىٰ 1
By the star when it descends, الترجمة — Saheeh International
مَا ضَلَّ صَاحِبُكُمْ وَمَا غَوَىٰ 2
Your companion [i.e., Muḥammad] has not strayed, nor has he erred, الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَمَا يَنطِقُ عَنِ ٱلْهَوَىٰٓ 3
Nor does he speak from [his own] inclination. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا وَحْىٌ يُوحَىٰ 4
It is not but a revelation revealed, الترجمة — Saheeh International
عَلَّمَهُۥ شَدِيدُ ٱلْقُوَىٰ 5
Taught to him by one intense in strength [i.e., Gabriel] - الترجمة — Saheeh International
ذُو مِرَّةٍ فَٱسْتَوَىٰ 6
One of soundness. And he rose to [his] true form الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَهُوَ بِٱلْأُفُقِ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ 7
While he was in the higher [part of the] horizon. الترجمة — Saheeh International
ثُمَّ دَنَا فَتَدَلَّىٰ 8
Then he approached and descended الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَكَانَ قَابَ قَوْسَيْنِ أَوْ أَدْنَىٰ 9
And was at a distance of two bow lengths or nearer. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَأَوْحَىٰٓ إِلَىٰ عَبْدِهِۦ مَآ أَوْحَىٰ 10
And he revealed to His Servant what he revealed [i.e., conveyed]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
مَا كَذَبَ ٱلْفُؤَادُ مَا رَأَىٰٓ 11
The heart did not lie [about] what it saw. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَفَتُمَـٰرُونَهُۥ عَلَىٰ مَا يَرَىٰ 12
So will you dispute with him over what he saw? الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَقَدْ رَءَاهُ نَزْلَةً أُخْرَىٰ 13
And he certainly saw him in another descent الترجمة — Saheeh International
عِندَ سِدْرَةِ ٱلْمُنتَهَىٰ 14
At the Lote Tree of the Utmost Boundary - الترجمة — Saheeh International
عِندَهَا جَنَّةُ ٱلْمَأْوَىٰٓ 15
Near it is the Garden of Refuge [i.e., Paradise] - الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِذْ يَغْشَى ٱلسِّدْرَةَ مَا يَغْشَىٰ 16
When there covered the Lote Tree that which covered [it]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
مَا زَاغَ ٱلْبَصَرُ وَمَا طَغَىٰ 17
The sight [of the Prophet (ﷺ)] did not swerve, nor did it transgress [its limit]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَقَدْ رَأَىٰ مِنْ ءَايَـٰتِ رَبِّهِ ٱلْكُبْرَىٰٓ 18
He certainly saw of the greatest signs of his Lord. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَفَرَءَيْتُمُ ٱللَّـٰتَ وَٱلْعُزَّىٰ 19
So have you considered al-Lāt and al-ʿUzzā? الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَمَنَوٰةَ ٱلثَّالِثَةَ ٱلْأُخْرَىٰٓ 20
And Manāt, the third - the other one? الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَلَكُمُ ٱلذَّكَرُ وَلَهُ ٱلْأُنثَىٰ 21
Is the male for you and for Him the female? الترجمة — Saheeh International
تِلْكَ إِذًا قِسْمَةٌ ضِيزَىٰٓ 22
That, then, is an unjust division. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنْ هِىَ إِلَّآ أَسْمَآءٌ سَمَّيْتُمُوهَآ أَنتُمْ وَءَابَآؤُكُم مَّآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَا مِن سُلْطَـٰنٍ ۚ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّ وَمَا تَهْوَى ٱلْأَنفُسُ ۖ وَلَقَدْ جَآءَهُم مِّن رَّبِّهِمُ ٱلْهُدَىٰٓ 23
They are not but [mere] names you have named them - you and your forefathers - for which Allāh has sent down no authority. They follow not except assumption and what [their] souls desire, and there has already come to them from their Lord guidance. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ لِلْإِنسَـٰنِ مَا تَمَنَّىٰ 24
Or is there for man whatever he wishes? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَلِلَّهِ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةُ وَٱلْأُولَىٰ 25
Rather, to Allāh belongs the Hereafter and the first [life]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
۞ وَكَم مِّن مَّلَكٍ فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ لَا تُغْنِى شَفَـٰعَتُهُمْ شَيْـًٔا إِلَّا مِنۢ بَعْدِ أَن يَأْذَنَ ٱللَّهُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرْضَىٰٓ 26
And how many angels there are in the heavens whose intercession will not avail at all except [only] after Allāh has permitted [it] to whom He wills and approves. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ لَيُسَمُّونَ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةَ تَسْمِيَةَ ٱلْأُنثَىٰ 27
Indeed, those who do not believe in the Hereafter name the angels female names, الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَمَا لَهُم بِهِۦ مِنْ عِلْمٍ ۖ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّ ۖ وَإِنَّ ٱلظَّنَّ لَا يُغْنِى مِنَ ٱلْحَقِّ شَيْـًٔا 28
And they have thereof no knowledge. They follow not except assumption, and indeed, assumption avails not against the truth at all. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَأَعْرِضْ عَن مَّن تَوَلَّىٰ عَن ذِكْرِنَا وَلَمْ يُرِدْ إِلَّا ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنْيَا 29
So turn away from whoever turns his back on Our message and desires not except the worldly life. الترجمة — Saheeh International
ذَٰلِكَ مَبْلَغُهُم مِّنَ ٱلْعِلْمِ ۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنِ ٱهْتَدَىٰ 30
That is their sum of knowledge. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who strays from His way, and He is most knowing of who is guided. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ لِيَجْزِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسَـٰٓـُٔوا۟ بِمَا عَمِلُوا۟ وَيَجْزِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا۟ بِٱلْحُسْنَى 31
And to Allāh belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth - that He may recompense those who do evil with [the penalty of] what they have done and recompense those who do good with the best [reward] - الترجمة — Saheeh International
ٱلَّذِينَ يَجْتَنِبُونَ كَبَـٰٓئِرَ ٱلْإِثْمِ وَٱلْفَوَٰحِشَ إِلَّا ٱللَّمَمَ ۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ وَٰسِعُ ٱلْمَغْفِرَةِ ۚ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِكُمْ إِذْ أَنشَأَكُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَرْضِ وَإِذْ أَنتُمْ أَجِنَّةٌ فِى بُطُونِ أُمَّهَـٰتِكُمْ ۖ فَلَا تُزَكُّوٓا۟ أَنفُسَكُمْ ۖ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَنِ ٱتَّقَىٰٓ 32
Those who avoid the major sins and immoralities, only [committing] slight ones. Indeed, your Lord is vast in forgiveness. He was most knowing of you when He produced you from the earth and when you were fetuses in the wombs of your mothers. So do not claim yourselves to be pure; He is most knowing of who fears Him. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَفَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى تَوَلَّىٰ 33
Have you seen the one who turned away الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَعْطَىٰ قَلِيلًا وَأَكْدَىٰٓ 34
And gave a little and [then] refrained? الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَعِندَهُۥ عِلْمُ ٱلْغَيْبِ فَهُوَ يَرَىٰٓ 35
Does he have knowledge of the unseen, so he sees? الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ لَمْ يُنَبَّأْ بِمَا فِى صُحُفِ مُوسَىٰ 36
Or has he not been informed of what was in the scriptures of Moses الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَإِبْرَٰهِيمَ ٱلَّذِى وَفَّىٰٓ 37
And [of] Abraham, who fulfilled [his obligations] - الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَلَّا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ 38
That no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَن لَّيْسَ لِلْإِنسَـٰنِ إِلَّا مَا سَعَىٰ 39
And that there is not for man except that [good] for which he strives الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَنَّ سَعْيَهُۥ سَوْفَ يُرَىٰ 40
And that his effort is going to be seen - الترجمة — Saheeh International
ثُمَّ يُجْزَىٰهُ ٱلْجَزَآءَ ٱلْأَوْفَىٰ 41
Then he will be recompensed for it with the fullest recompense - الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَنَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ ٱلْمُنتَهَىٰ 42
And that to your Lord is the finality الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَضْحَكَ وَأَبْكَىٰ 43
And that it is He who makes [one] laugh and weep الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَمَاتَ وَأَحْيَا 44
And that it is He who causes death and gives life الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَنَّهُۥ خَلَقَ ٱلزَّوْجَيْنِ ٱلذَّكَرَ وَٱلْأُنثَىٰ 45
And that He creates the two mates - the male and female - الترجمة — Saheeh International
مِن نُّطْفَةٍ إِذَا تُمْنَىٰ 46
From a sperm-drop when it is emitted الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَنَّ عَلَيْهِ ٱلنَّشْأَةَ ٱلْأُخْرَىٰ 47
And that [incumbent] upon Him is the other [i.e., next] creation. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ أَغْنَىٰ وَأَقْنَىٰ 48
And that it is He who enriches and suffices الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَنَّهُۥ هُوَ رَبُّ ٱلشِّعْرَىٰ 49
And that it is He who is the Lord of Sirius. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَنَّهُۥٓ أَهْلَكَ عَادًا ٱلْأُولَىٰ 50
And that He destroyed the first [people of] ʿAad. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَثَمُودَا۟ فَمَآ أَبْقَىٰ 51
And Thamūd - and He did not spare [them] - الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَقَوْمَ نُوحٍ مِّن قَبْلُ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ هُمْ أَظْلَمَ وَأَطْغَىٰ 52
And the people of Noah before. Indeed, it was they who were [even] more unjust and oppressing. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلْمُؤْتَفِكَةَ أَهْوَىٰ 53
And the overturned towns He hurled down. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَغَشَّىٰهَا مَا غَشَّىٰ 54
And covered them by that which He covered. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكَ تَتَمَارَىٰ 55
Then which of the favors of your Lord do you doubt? الترجمة — Saheeh International
هَـٰذَا نَذِيرٌ مِّنَ ٱلنُّذُرِ ٱلْأُولَىٰٓ 56
This [Prophet (ﷺ)] is a warner from [i.e., like] the former warners. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَزِفَتِ ٱلْـَٔازِفَةُ 57
The Approaching Day has approached. الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَيْسَ لَهَا مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ كَاشِفَةٌ 58
Of it, [from those] besides Allāh, there is no remover. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَفَمِنْ هَـٰذَا ٱلْحَدِيثِ تَعْجَبُونَ 59
Then at this statement do you wonder? الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَتَضْحَكُونَ وَلَا تَبْكُونَ 60
And you laugh and do not weep الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَنتُمْ سَـٰمِدُونَ 61
While you are proudly sporting? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَٱسْجُدُوا۟ لِلَّهِ وَٱعْبُدُوا۟ ۩ 62
So prostrate to Allāh and worship [Him]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
ٱقْتَرَبَتِ ٱلسَّاعَةُ وَٱنشَقَّ ٱلْقَمَرُ 1
The Hour has come near, and the moon has split [in two]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَإِن يَرَوْا۟ ءَايَةً يُعْرِضُوا۟ وَيَقُولُوا۟ سِحْرٌ مُّسْتَمِرٌّ 2
And if they see a sign [i.e., miracle], they turn away and say, "Passing magic." الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَكَذَّبُوا۟ وَٱتَّبَعُوٓا۟ أَهْوَآءَهُمْ ۚ وَكُلُّ أَمْرٍ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ 3
And they denied and followed their inclinations. But for every matter is a [time of] settlement. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَقَدْ جَآءَهُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَنۢبَآءِ مَا فِيهِ مُزْدَجَرٌ 4
And there has already come to them of information that in which there is deterrence. الترجمة — Saheeh International
حِكْمَةٌۢ بَـٰلِغَةٌ ۖ فَمَا تُغْنِ ٱلنُّذُرُ 5
Extensive wisdom - but warning does not avail [them]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ ۘ يَوْمَ يَدْعُ ٱلدَّاعِ إِلَىٰ شَىْءٍ نُّكُرٍ 6
So leave them, [O Muḥammad]. The Day the Caller calls to something forbidding, الترجمة — Saheeh International
خُشَّعًا أَبْصَـٰرُهُمْ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ ٱلْأَجْدَاثِ كَأَنَّهُمْ جَرَادٌ مُّنتَشِرٌ 7
Their eyes humbled, they will emerge from the graves as if they were locusts spreading, الترجمة — Saheeh International
مُّهْطِعِينَ إِلَى ٱلدَّاعِ ۖ يَقُولُ ٱلْكَـٰفِرُونَ هَـٰذَا يَوْمٌ عَسِرٌ 8
Racing ahead toward the Caller. The disbelievers will say, "This is a difficult Day." الترجمة — Saheeh International
۞ كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ فَكَذَّبُوا۟ عَبْدَنَا وَقَالُوا۟ مَجْنُونٌ وَٱزْدُجِرَ 9
The people of Noah denied before them, and they denied Our servant and said, "A madman," and he was repelled. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَدَعَا رَبَّهُۥٓ أَنِّى مَغْلُوبٌ فَٱنتَصِرْ 10
So he invoked his Lord, "Indeed, I am overpowered, so help." الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَفَتَحْنَآ أَبْوَٰبَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ بِمَآءٍ مُّنْهَمِرٍ 11
Then We opened the gates of the heaven with rain pouring down الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَفَجَّرْنَا ٱلْأَرْضَ عُيُونًا فَٱلْتَقَى ٱلْمَآءُ عَلَىٰٓ أَمْرٍ قَدْ قُدِرَ 12
And caused the earth to burst with springs, and the waters met for a matter already predestined. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَحَمَلْنَـٰهُ عَلَىٰ ذَاتِ أَلْوَٰحٍ وَدُسُرٍ 13
And We carried him on a [construction of] planks and nails, الترجمة — Saheeh International
تَجْرِى بِأَعْيُنِنَا جَزَآءً لِّمَن كَانَ كُفِرَ 14
Sailing under Our observation as reward for he who had been denied. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَقَد تَّرَكْنَـٰهَآ ءَايَةً فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ 15
And We left it as a sign, so is there any who will remember? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِى وَنُذُرِ 16
And how [severe] were My punishment and warning. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ 17
And We have certainly made the Qur’ān easy for remembrance, so is there any who will remember? الترجمة — Saheeh International
كَذَّبَتْ عَادٌ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِى وَنُذُرِ 18
ʿAad denied; and how [severe] were My punishment and warning. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِيحًا صَرْصَرًا فِى يَوْمِ نَحْسٍ مُّسْتَمِرٍّ 19
Indeed, We sent upon them a screaming wind on a day of continuous misfortune, الترجمة — Saheeh International
تَنزِعُ ٱلنَّاسَ كَأَنَّهُمْ أَعْجَازُ نَخْلٍ مُّنقَعِرٍ 20
Extracting the people as if they were trunks of palm trees uprooted. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِى وَنُذُرِ 21
And how [severe] were My punishment and warning. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ 22
And We have certainly made the Qur’ān easy for remembrance, so is there any who will remember? الترجمة — Saheeh International
كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ بِٱلنُّذُرِ 23
Thamūd denied the warning. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَقَالُوٓا۟ أَبَشَرًا مِّنَّا وَٰحِدًا نَّتَّبِعُهُۥٓ إِنَّآ إِذًا لَّفِى ضَلَـٰلٍ وَسُعُرٍ 24
And said, "Is it one human being among us that we should follow? Indeed, we would then be in error and madness. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَءُلْقِىَ ٱلذِّكْرُ عَلَيْهِ مِنۢ بَيْنِنَا بَلْ هُوَ كَذَّابٌ أَشِرٌ 25
Has the message been sent down upon him from among us? Rather, he is an insolent liar." الترجمة — Saheeh International
سَيَعْلَمُونَ غَدًا مَّنِ ٱلْكَذَّابُ ٱلْأَشِرُ 26
They will know tomorrow who is the insolent liar. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّا مُرْسِلُوا۟ ٱلنَّاقَةِ فِتْنَةً لَّهُمْ فَٱرْتَقِبْهُمْ وَٱصْطَبِرْ 27
Indeed, We are sending the she-camel as trial for them, so watch them and be patient. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَنَبِّئْهُمْ أَنَّ ٱلْمَآءَ قِسْمَةٌۢ بَيْنَهُمْ ۖ كُلُّ شِرْبٍ مُّحْتَضَرٌ 28
And inform them that the water is shared between them, each [day of] drink attended [by turn]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَنَادَوْا۟ صَاحِبَهُمْ فَتَعَاطَىٰ فَعَقَرَ 29
But they called their companion, and he dared and hamstrung [her]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَكَيْفَ كَانَ عَذَابِى وَنُذُرِ 30
And how [severe] were My punishment and warning. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ صَيْحَةً وَٰحِدَةً فَكَانُوا۟ كَهَشِيمِ ٱلْمُحْتَظِرِ 31
Indeed, We sent upon them one shriek [i.e., blast from the sky], and they became like the dry twig fragments of an [animal] pen. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ 32
And We have certainly made the Qur’ān easy for remembrance, so is there any who will remember? الترجمة — Saheeh International
كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ لُوطٍۭ بِٱلنُّذُرِ 33
The people of Lot denied the warning. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ حَاصِبًا إِلَّآ ءَالَ لُوطٍ ۖ نَّجَّيْنَـٰهُم بِسَحَرٍ 34
Indeed, We sent upon them a storm of stones, except the family of Lot - We saved them before dawn. الترجمة — Saheeh International
نِّعْمَةً مِّنْ عِندِنَا ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى مَن شَكَرَ 35
As favor from Us. Thus do We reward he who is grateful. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَقَدْ أَنذَرَهُم بَطْشَتَنَا فَتَمَارَوْا۟ بِٱلنُّذُرِ 36
And he had already warned them of Our assault, but they disputed the warning. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَقَدْ رَٰوَدُوهُ عَن ضَيْفِهِۦ فَطَمَسْنَآ أَعْيُنَهُمْ فَذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابِى وَنُذُرِ 37
And they had demanded from him his guests, but We obliterated their eyes, [saying], "Taste My punishment and warning." الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَقَدْ صَبَّحَهُم بُكْرَةً عَذَابٌ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ 38
And there came upon them by morning an abiding punishment. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابِى وَنُذُرِ 39
So taste My punishment and warning. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا ٱلْقُرْءَانَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ 40
And We have certainly made the Qur’ān easy for remembrance, so is there any who will remember? الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَقَدْ جَآءَ ءَالَ فِرْعَوْنَ ٱلنُّذُرُ 41
And there certainly came to the people of Pharaoh warning. الترجمة — Saheeh International
كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا كُلِّهَا فَأَخَذْنَـٰهُمْ أَخْذَ عَزِيزٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍ 42
They denied Our signs, all of them, so We seized them with a seizure of one Exalted in Might and Perfect in Ability. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَكُفَّارُكُمْ خَيْرٌ مِّنْ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكُمْ أَمْ لَكُم بَرَآءَةٌ فِى ٱلزُّبُرِ 43
Are your disbelievers better than those [former ones], or have you immunity in the scriptures? الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ نَحْنُ جَمِيعٌ مُّنتَصِرٌ 44
Or do they say, "We are an assembly supporting [each other]"? الترجمة — Saheeh International
سَيُهْزَمُ ٱلْجَمْعُ وَيُوَلُّونَ ٱلدُّبُرَ 45
[Their] assembly will be defeated, and they will turn their backs [in retreat]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
بَلِ ٱلسَّاعَةُ مَوْعِدُهُمْ وَٱلسَّاعَةُ أَدْهَىٰ وَأَمَرُّ 46
But the Hour is their appointment [for due punishment], and the Hour is more disastrous and more bitter. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ فِى ضَلَـٰلٍ وَسُعُرٍ 47
Indeed, the criminals are in error and madness.. الترجمة — Saheeh International
يَوْمَ يُسْحَبُونَ فِى ٱلنَّارِ عَلَىٰ وُجُوهِهِمْ ذُوقُوا۟ مَسَّ سَقَرَ 48
The Day they are dragged into the Fire on their faces [it will be said], "Taste the touch of Saqar." الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّا كُلَّ شَىْءٍ خَلَقْنَـٰهُ بِقَدَرٍ 49
Indeed, all things We created with predestination. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَمَآ أَمْرُنَآ إِلَّا وَٰحِدَةٌ كَلَمْحٍۭ بِٱلْبَصَرِ 50
And Our command is but one, like a glance of the eye. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَقَدْ أَهْلَكْنَآ أَشْيَاعَكُمْ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ 51
And We have already destroyed your kinds, so is there any who will remember? الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَكُلُّ شَىْءٍ فَعَلُوهُ فِى ٱلزُّبُرِ 52
And everything they did is in written records. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَكُلُّ صَغِيرٍ وَكَبِيرٍ مُّسْتَطَرٌ 53
And every small and great [thing] is inscribed. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّـٰتٍ وَنَهَرٍ 54
Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and rivers, الترجمة — Saheeh International
فِى مَقْعَدِ صِدْقٍ عِندَ مَلِيكٍ مُّقْتَدِرٍۭ 55
In a seat of honor near a Sovereign, Perfect in Ability. الترجمة — Saheeh International
ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ 1
The Most Merciful الترجمة — Saheeh International
عَلَّمَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ 2
Taught the Qur’ān, الترجمة — Saheeh International
خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ 3
Created man, الترجمة — Saheeh International
عَلَّمَهُ ٱلْبَيَانَ 4
[And] taught him eloquence. الترجمة — Saheeh International
ٱلشَّمْسُ وَٱلْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍ 5
The sun and the moon [move] by precise calculation, الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلنَّجْمُ وَٱلشَّجَرُ يَسْجُدَانِ 6
And the stars and trees prostrate. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلسَّمَآءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ ٱلْمِيزَانَ 7
And the heaven He raised and imposed the balance الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَلَّا تَطْغَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْمِيزَانِ 8
That you not transgress within the balance. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلْوَزْنَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا۟ ٱلْمِيزَانَ 9
And establish weight in justice and do not make deficient the balance. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْأَنَامِ 10
And the earth He laid [out] for the creatures. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فِيهَا فَـٰكِهَةٌ وَٱلنَّخْلُ ذَاتُ ٱلْأَكْمَامِ 11
Therein is fruit and palm trees having sheaths [of dates] الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلْحَبُّ ذُو ٱلْعَصْفِ وَٱلرَّيْحَانُ 12
And grain having husks and scented plants. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 13
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ مِن صَلْصَـٰلٍ كَٱلْفَخَّارِ 14
He created man from clay like [that of] pottery. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَخَلَقَ ٱلْجَآنَّ مِن مَّارِجٍ مِّن نَّارٍ 15
And He created the jinn from a smokeless flame of fire. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 16
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
رَبُّ ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْمَغْرِبَيْنِ 17
[He is] Lord of the two sunrises and Lord of the two sunsets. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 18
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
مَرَجَ ٱلْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ 19
He released the two seas, meeting [one another]; الترجمة — Saheeh International
بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌ لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ 20
Between them is a barrier so neither of them transgresses. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 21
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُمَا ٱللُّؤْلُؤُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ 22
From both of them emerge pearl and coral. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 23
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَهُ ٱلْجَوَارِ ٱلْمُنشَـَٔاتُ فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ كَٱلْأَعْلَـٰمِ 24
And to Him belong the ships [with sails] elevated in the sea like mountains. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 25
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍ 26
Everyone upon it [i.e., the earth] will perish, الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَيَبْقَىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو ٱلْجَلَـٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ 27
And there will remain the Face of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 28
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
يَسْـَٔلُهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِى شَأْنٍ 29
Whoever is within the heavens and earth asks Him; every day He is in [i.e., bringing about] a matter. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 30
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
سَنَفْرُغُ لَكُمْ أَيُّهَ ٱلثَّقَلَانِ 31
We will attend to you, O prominent beings. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 32
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
يَـٰمَعْشَرَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنسِ إِنِ ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا۟ مِنْ أَقْطَارِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنفُذُوا۟ ۚ لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَـٰنٍ 33
O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allāh]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 34
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
يُرْسَلُ عَلَيْكُمَا شُوَاظٌ مِّن نَّارٍ وَنُحَاسٌ فَلَا تَنتَصِرَانِ 35
There will be sent upon you a flame of fire and smoke, and you will not defend yourselves. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 36
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَإِذَا ٱنشَقَّتِ ٱلسَّمَآءُ فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةً كَٱلدِّهَانِ 37
And when the heaven is split open and becomes rose-colored like oil - الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 38
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا يُسْـَٔلُ عَن ذَنۢبِهِۦٓ إِنسٌ وَلَا جَآنٌّ 39
Then on that Day none will be asked about his sin among men or jinn. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 40
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
يُعْرَفُ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَـٰهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِٱلنَّوَٰصِى وَٱلْأَقْدَامِ 41
The criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 42
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
هَـٰذِهِۦ جَهَنَّمُ ٱلَّتِى يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ 43
This is Hell, which the criminals deny. الترجمة — Saheeh International
يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ حَمِيمٍ ءَانٍ 44
They will circulate between it and scalding water, heated [to the utmost degree]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 45
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ جَنَّتَانِ 46
But for he who has feared the position of his Lord are two gardens - الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 47
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - الترجمة — Saheeh International
ذَوَاتَآ أَفْنَانٍ 48
Having [spreading] branches. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 49
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ تَجْرِيَانِ 50
In both of them are two springs, flowing. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 51
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فِيهِمَا مِن كُلِّ فَـٰكِهَةٍ زَوْجَانِ 52
In both of them are of every fruit, two kinds. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 53
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ فُرُشٍۭ بَطَآئِنُهَا مِنْ إِسْتَبْرَقٍ ۚ وَجَنَى ٱلْجَنَّتَيْنِ دَانٍ 54
[They are] reclining on beds whose linings are of silk brocade, and the fruit of the two gardens is hanging low. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 55
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فِيهِنَّ قَـٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّ 56
In them are women limiting [their] glances, untouched before them by man or jinnī - الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 57
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - الترجمة — Saheeh International
كَأَنَّهُنَّ ٱلْيَاقُوتُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ 58
As if they were rubies and coral. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 59
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
هَلْ جَزَآءُ ٱلْإِحْسَـٰنِ إِلَّا ٱلْإِحْسَـٰنُ 60
Is the reward for good [anything] but good? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 61
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَمِن دُونِهِمَا جَنَّتَانِ 62
And below them both [in excellence] are two [other] gardens - الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 63
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - الترجمة — Saheeh International
مُدْهَآمَّتَانِ 64
Dark green [in color]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 65
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ 66
In both of them are two springs, spouting. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 67
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فِيهِمَا فَـٰكِهَةٌ وَنَخْلٌ وَرُمَّانٌ 68
In both of them are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 69
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فِيهِنَّ خَيْرَٰتٌ حِسَانٌ 70
In them are good and beautiful women - الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 71
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - الترجمة — Saheeh International
حُورٌ مَّقْصُورَٰتٌ فِى ٱلْخِيَامِ 72
Fair ones reserved in pavilions - الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 73
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّ 74
Untouched before them by man or jinnī - الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 75
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - الترجمة — Saheeh International
مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ رَفْرَفٍ خُضْرٍ وَعَبْقَرِىٍّ حِسَانٍ 76
Reclining on green cushions and beautiful fine carpets. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ 77
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? الترجمة — Saheeh International
تَبَـٰرَكَ ٱسْمُ رَبِّكَ ذِى ٱلْجَلَـٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ 78
Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِذَا وَقَعَتِ ٱلْوَاقِعَةُ 1
When the Occurrence occurs, الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَيْسَ لِوَقْعَتِهَا كَاذِبَةٌ 2
There is, at its occurrence, no denial. الترجمة — Saheeh International
خَافِضَةٌ رَّافِعَةٌ 3
It will bring down [some] and raise up [others]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِذَا رُجَّتِ ٱلْأَرْضُ رَجًّا 4
When the earth is shaken with convulsion الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَبُسَّتِ ٱلْجِبَالُ بَسًّا 5
And the mountains are broken down, crumbling الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَكَانَتْ هَبَآءً مُّنۢبَثًّا 6
And become dust dispersing, الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَكُنتُمْ أَزْوَٰجًا ثَلَـٰثَةً 7
And you become [of] three kinds: الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَأَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْمَيْمَنَةِ مَآ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْمَيْمَنَةِ 8
Then the companions of the right - what are the companions of the right? الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْمَشْـَٔمَةِ مَآ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْمَشْـَٔمَةِ 9
And the companions of the left - what are companions of the left? الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلسَّـٰبِقُونَ ٱلسَّـٰبِقُونَ 10
And the forerunners, the forerunners - الترجمة — Saheeh International
أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلْمُقَرَّبُونَ 11
Those are the ones brought near [to Allāh] الترجمة — Saheeh International
فِى جَنَّـٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ 12
In the Gardens of Pleasure, الترجمة — Saheeh International
ثُلَّةٌ مِّنَ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ 13
A [large] company of the former peoples الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَقَلِيلٌ مِّنَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِينَ 14
And a few of the later peoples, الترجمة — Saheeh International
عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ مَّوْضُونَةٍ 15
On thrones woven [with ornament], الترجمة — Saheeh International
مُّتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَيْهَا مُتَقَـٰبِلِينَ 16
Reclining on them, facing each other. الترجمة — Saheeh International
يَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ وِلْدَٰنٌ مُّخَلَّدُونَ 17
There will circulate among them young boys made eternal. الترجمة — Saheeh International
بِأَكْوَابٍ وَأَبَارِيقَ وَكَأْسٍ مِّن مَّعِينٍ 18
With vessels, pitchers and a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring - الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَّا يُصَدَّعُونَ عَنْهَا وَلَا يُنزِفُونَ 19
No headache will they have therefrom, nor will they be intoxicated - الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَفَـٰكِهَةٍ مِّمَّا يَتَخَيَّرُونَ 20
And fruit of what they select الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَحْمِ طَيْرٍ مِّمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ 21
And the meat of fowl, from whatever they desire. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَحُورٌ عِينٌ 22
And [for them are] fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes, الترجمة — Saheeh International
كَأَمْثَـٰلِ ٱللُّؤْلُؤِ ٱلْمَكْنُونِ 23
The likenesses of pearls well-protected, الترجمة — Saheeh International
جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ 24
As reward for what they used to do. الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَا يَسْمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغْوًا وَلَا تَأْثِيمًا 25
They will not hear therein ill speech or commission of sin - الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِلَّا قِيلًا سَلَـٰمًا سَلَـٰمًا 26
Only a saying [of] peace, peace. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْيَمِينِ مَآ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْيَمِينِ 27
The companions of the right - what are the companions of the right? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فِى سِدْرٍ مَّخْضُودٍ 28
[They will be] among lote trees with thorns removed. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَطَلْحٍ مَّنضُودٍ 29
And [banana] trees layered [with fruit]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَظِلٍّ مَّمْدُودٍ 30
And shade extended. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَمَآءٍ مَّسْكُوبٍ 31
And water poured out الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَفَـٰكِهَةٍ كَثِيرَةٍ 32
And fruit, abundant [and varied], الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَّا مَقْطُوعَةٍ وَلَا مَمْنُوعَةٍ 33
Neither limited [to season] nor forbidden, الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَفُرُشٍ مَّرْفُوعَةٍ 34
And [upon] beds raised high. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّآ أَنشَأْنَـٰهُنَّ إِنشَآءً 35
Indeed, We have produced them [i.e., the women of Paradise] in a [new] creation الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُنَّ أَبْكَارًا 36
And made them virgins, الترجمة — Saheeh International
عُرُبًا أَتْرَابًا 37
Devoted [to their husbands] and of equal age, الترجمة — Saheeh International
لِّأَصْحَـٰبِ ٱلْيَمِينِ 38
For the companions of the right [who are] الترجمة — Saheeh International
ثُلَّةٌ مِّنَ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ 39
A company of the former peoples الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَثُلَّةٌ مِّنَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِينَ 40
And a company of the later peoples. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلشِّمَالِ مَآ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلشِّمَالِ 41
And the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فِى سَمُومٍ وَحَمِيمٍ 42
[They will be] in scorching fire and scalding water الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَظِلٍّ مِّن يَحْمُومٍ 43
And a shade of black smoke, الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَّا بَارِدٍ وَلَا كَرِيمٍ 44
Neither cool nor beneficial. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَبْلَ ذَٰلِكَ مُتْرَفِينَ 45
Indeed they were, before that, indulging in affluence, الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَكَانُوا۟ يُصِرُّونَ عَلَى ٱلْحِنثِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ 46
And they used to persist in the great violation, الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَكَانُوا۟ يَقُولُونَ أَئِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَـٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ 47
And they used to say, "When we die and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَوَءَابَآؤُنَا ٱلْأَوَّلُونَ 48
And our forefathers [as well]?" الترجمة — Saheeh International
قُلْ إِنَّ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ وَٱلْـَٔاخِرِينَ 49
Say, [O Muḥammad], "Indeed, the former and later peoples الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَمَجْمُوعُونَ إِلَىٰ مِيقَـٰتِ يَوْمٍ مَّعْلُومٍ 50
Are to be gathered together for the appointment of a known Day." الترجمة — Saheeh International
ثُمَّ إِنَّكُمْ أَيُّهَا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ ٱلْمُكَذِّبُونَ 51
Then indeed you, O those astray [who are] deniers, الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَـَٔاكِلُونَ مِن شَجَرٍ مِّن زَقُّومٍ 52
Will be eating from trees of zaqqūm الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَمَالِـُٔونَ مِنْهَا ٱلْبُطُونَ 53
And filling with it your bellies الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَشَـٰرِبُونَ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ ٱلْحَمِيمِ 54
And drinking on top of it from scalding water. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَشَـٰرِبُونَ شُرْبَ ٱلْهِيمِ 55
And will drink as the drinking of thirsty camels. الترجمة — Saheeh International
هَـٰذَا نُزُلُهُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلدِّينِ 56
That is their accommodation on the Day of Recompense. الترجمة — Saheeh International
نَحْنُ خَلَقْنَـٰكُمْ فَلَوْلَا تُصَدِّقُونَ 57
We have created you, so why do you not believe? الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَفَرَءَيْتُم مَّا تُمْنُونَ 58
Have you seen that which you emit? الترجمة — Saheeh International
ءَأَنتُمْ تَخْلُقُونَهُۥٓ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْخَـٰلِقُونَ 59
Is it you who creates it, or are We the Creator? الترجمة — Saheeh International
نَحْنُ قَدَّرْنَا بَيْنَكُمُ ٱلْمَوْتَ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ 60
We have decreed death among you, and We are not to be outdone الترجمة — Saheeh International
عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ أَمْثَـٰلَكُمْ وَنُنشِئَكُمْ فِى مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ 61
In that We will change your likenesses and produce you in that [form] which you do not know. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَقَدْ عَلِمْتُمُ ٱلنَّشْأَةَ ٱلْأُولَىٰ فَلَوْلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ 62
And you have already known the first creation, so will you not remember? الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَفَرَءَيْتُم مَّا تَحْرُثُونَ 63
And have you seen that [seed] which you sow? الترجمة — Saheeh International
ءَأَنتُمْ تَزْرَعُونَهُۥٓ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلزَّٰرِعُونَ 64
Is it you who makes it grow, or are We the grower? الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَوْ نَشَآءُ لَجَعَلْنَـٰهُ حُطَـٰمًا فَظَلْتُمْ تَفَكَّهُونَ 65
If We willed, We could make it [dry] debris, and you would remain in wonder, الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّا لَمُغْرَمُونَ 66
[Saying], "Indeed, we are [now] in debt; الترجمة — Saheeh International
بَلْ نَحْنُ مَحْرُومُونَ 67
Rather, we have been deprived." الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَفَرَءَيْتُمُ ٱلْمَآءَ ٱلَّذِى تَشْرَبُونَ 68
And have you seen the water that you drink? الترجمة — Saheeh International
ءَأَنتُمْ أَنزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْمُنزِلُونَ 69
Is it you who brought it down from the clouds, or is it We who bring it down? الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَوْ نَشَآءُ جَعَلْنَـٰهُ أُجَاجًا فَلَوْلَا تَشْكُرُونَ 70
If We willed, We could make it bitter, so why are you not grateful? الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَفَرَءَيْتُمُ ٱلنَّارَ ٱلَّتِى تُورُونَ 71
And have you seen the fire that you ignite? الترجمة — Saheeh International
ءَأَنتُمْ أَنشَأْتُمْ شَجَرَتَهَآ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْمُنشِـُٔونَ 72
Is it you who produced its tree, or are We the producer? الترجمة — Saheeh International
نَحْنُ جَعَلْنَـٰهَا تَذْكِرَةً وَمَتَـٰعًا لِّلْمُقْوِينَ 73
We have made it a reminder and provision for the travelers, الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَسَبِّحْ بِٱسْمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلْعَظِيمِ 74
So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. الترجمة — Saheeh International
۞ فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِمَوَٰقِعِ ٱلنُّجُومِ 75
Then I swear by the setting of the stars, الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَإِنَّهُۥ لَقَسَمٌ لَّوْ تَعْلَمُونَ عَظِيمٌ 76
And indeed, it is an oath - if you could know - [most] great. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّهُۥ لَقُرْءَانٌ كَرِيمٌ 77
Indeed, it is a noble Qur’ān. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فِى كِتَـٰبٍ مَّكْنُونٍ 78
In a Register well-protected;. الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَّا يَمَسُّهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱلْمُطَهَّرُونَ 79
None touch it except the purified [i.e., the angels]. الترجمة — Saheeh International
تَنزِيلٌ مِّن رَّبِّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ 80
[It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. الترجمة — Saheeh International
أَفَبِهَـٰذَا ٱلْحَدِيثِ أَنتُم مُّدْهِنُونَ 81
Then is it to this statement that you are indifferent الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَتَجْعَلُونَ رِزْقَكُمْ أَنَّكُمْ تُكَذِّبُونَ 82
And make [the thanks for] your provision that you deny [the Provider]? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَلَوْلَآ إِذَا بَلَغَتِ ٱلْحُلْقُومَ 83
Then why, when it [i.e., the soul at death] reaches the throat الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَنتُمْ حِينَئِذٍ تَنظُرُونَ 84
And you are at that time looking on - الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَنَحْنُ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيْهِ مِنكُمْ وَلَـٰكِن لَّا تُبْصِرُونَ 85
And We [i.e., Our angels] are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَلَوْلَآ إِن كُنتُمْ غَيْرَ مَدِينِينَ 86
Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, الترجمة — Saheeh International
تَرْجِعُونَهَآ إِن كُنتُمْ صَـٰدِقِينَ 87
Bring it back, if you should be truthful? الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَأَمَّآ إِن كَانَ مِنَ ٱلْمُقَرَّبِينَ 88
And if he [i.e., the deceased] was of those brought near [to Allāh], الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَرَوْحٌ وَرَيْحَانٌ وَجَنَّتُ نَعِيمٍ 89
Then [for him is] rest and bounty and a garden of pleasure. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَمَّآ إِن كَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَـٰبِ ٱلْيَمِينِ 90
And if he was of the companions of the right, الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَسَلَـٰمٌ لَّكَ مِنْ أَصْحَـٰبِ ٱلْيَمِينِ 91
Then [the angels will say], "Peace for you; [you are] from the companions of the right." الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَأَمَّآ إِن كَانَ مِنَ ٱلْمُكَذِّبِينَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ 92
But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray, الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَنُزُلٌ مِّنْ حَمِيمٍ 93
Then [for him is] accommodation of scalding water الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَتَصْلِيَةُ جَحِيمٍ 94
And burning in Hellfire. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّ هَـٰذَا لَهُوَ حَقُّ ٱلْيَقِينِ 95
Indeed, this is the true certainty, الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَسَبِّحْ بِٱسْمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلْعَظِيمِ 96
So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. الترجمة — Saheeh International
سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ 1
Whatever is in the heavens and earth exalts Allāh, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ يُحْىِۦ وَيُمِيتُ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ 2
His is the dominion of the heavens and earth. He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things competent. الترجمة — Saheeh International
هُوَ ٱلْأَوَّلُ وَٱلْـَٔاخِرُ وَٱلظَّـٰهِرُ وَٱلْبَاطِنُ ۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ 3
He is the First and the Last, the Ascendant and the Intimate, and He is, of all things, Knowing. الترجمة — Saheeh International
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ فِى سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ ٱسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلْعَرْشِ ۚ يَعْلَمُ مَا يَلِجُ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا وَمَا يَنزِلُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَمَا يَعْرُجُ فِيهَا ۖ وَهُوَ مَعَكُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ 4
It is He who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne. He knows what penetrates into the earth and what emerges from it and what descends from the heaven and what ascends therein; and He is with you wherever you are. And Allāh, of what you do, is Seeing. الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَّهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرْجَعُ ٱلْأُمُورُ 5
His is the dominion of the heavens and earth. And to Allāh are returned [all] matters. الترجمة — Saheeh International
يُولِجُ ٱلَّيْلَ فِى ٱلنَّهَارِ وَيُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِى ٱلَّيْلِ ۚ وَهُوَ عَلِيمٌۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ 6
He causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night, and He is Knowing of that within the breasts. الترجمة — Saheeh International
ءَامِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَأَنفِقُوا۟ مِمَّا جَعَلَكُم مُّسْتَخْلَفِينَ فِيهِ ۖ فَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مِنكُمْ وَأَنفَقُوا۟ لَهُمْ أَجْرٌ كَبِيرٌ 7
Believe in Allāh and His Messenger and spend out of that in which He has made you successive inheritors. For those who have believed among you and spent, there will be a great reward. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَمَا لَكُمْ لَا تُؤْمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ ۙ وَٱلرَّسُولُ يَدْعُوكُمْ لِتُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِرَبِّكُمْ وَقَدْ أَخَذَ مِيثَـٰقَكُمْ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ 8
And why do you not believe in Allāh while the Messenger invites you to believe in your Lord and He has taken your covenant, if you should [truly] be believers? الترجمة — Saheeh International
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُنَزِّلُ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِۦٓ ءَايَـٰتٍۭ بَيِّنَـٰتٍ لِّيُخْرِجَكُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِ ۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُمْ لَرَءُوفٌ رَّحِيمٌ 9
It is He who sends down upon His Servant [Muḥammad (ﷺ)] verses of clear evidence that He may bring you out from darknesses into the light. And indeed, Allāh is to you Kind and Merciful. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَمَا لَكُمْ أَلَّا تُنفِقُوا۟ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِلَّهِ مِيرَٰثُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ لَا يَسْتَوِى مِنكُم مَّنْ أَنفَقَ مِن قَبْلِ ٱلْفَتْحِ وَقَـٰتَلَ ۚ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ أَعْظَمُ دَرَجَةً مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَنفَقُوا۟ مِنۢ بَعْدُ وَقَـٰتَلُوا۟ ۚ وَكُلًّا وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْحُسْنَىٰ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ خَبِيرٌ 10
And why do you not spend in the cause of Allāh while to Allāh belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth? Not equal among you are those who spent before the conquest [of Makkah] and fought [and those who did so after it]. Those are greater in degree than they who spent afterwards and fought. But to all Allāh has promised the best [reward]. And Allāh, of what you do, is Aware. الترجمة — Saheeh International
مَّن ذَا ٱلَّذِى يُقْرِضُ ٱللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا فَيُضَـٰعِفَهُۥ لَهُۥ وَلَهُۥٓ أَجْرٌ كَرِيمٌ 11
Who is it that would loan Allāh a goodly loan so He will multiply it for him and he will have a noble reward? الترجمة — Saheeh International
يَوْمَ تَرَى ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتِ يَسْعَىٰ نُورُهُم بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَبِأَيْمَـٰنِهِم بُشْرَىٰكُمُ ٱلْيَوْمَ جَنَّـٰتٌ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ 12
On the Day you see the believing men and believing women, their light proceeding before them and on their right, [it will be said], "Your good tidings today are [of] gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein you will abide eternally." That is what is the great attainment. الترجمة — Saheeh International
يَوْمَ يَقُولُ ٱلْمُنَـٰفِقُونَ وَٱلْمُنَـٰفِقَـٰتُ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱنظُرُونَا نَقْتَبِسْ مِن نُّورِكُمْ قِيلَ ٱرْجِعُوا۟ وَرَآءَكُمْ فَٱلْتَمِسُوا۟ نُورًا فَضُرِبَ بَيْنَهُم بِسُورٍ لَّهُۥ بَابٌۢ بَاطِنُهُۥ فِيهِ ٱلرَّحْمَةُ وَظَـٰهِرُهُۥ مِن قِبَلِهِ ٱلْعَذَابُ 13
On the [same] Day the hypocrite men and hypocrite women will say to those who believed, "Wait for us that we may acquire some of your light." It will be said, "Go back behind you and seek light." And a wall will be placed between them with a door, its interior containing mercy, but on the outside of it is torment. الترجمة — Saheeh International
يُنَادُونَهُمْ أَلَمْ نَكُن مَّعَكُمْ ۖ قَالُوا۟ بَلَىٰ وَلَـٰكِنَّكُمْ فَتَنتُمْ أَنفُسَكُمْ وَتَرَبَّصْتُمْ وَٱرْتَبْتُمْ وَغَرَّتْكُمُ ٱلْأَمَانِىُّ حَتَّىٰ جَآءَ أَمْرُ ٱللَّهِ وَغَرَّكُم بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْغَرُورُ 14
They [i.e., the hypocrites] will call to them [i.e., the believers], "Were we not with you?" They will say, "Yes, but you afflicted yourselves and awaited [misfortune for us] and doubted, and wishful thinking deluded you until there came the command of Allāh. And the Deceiver [i.e., Satan] deceived you concerning Allāh. الترجمة — Saheeh International
فَٱلْيَوْمَ لَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنكُمْ فِدْيَةٌ وَلَا مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ ۚ مَأْوَىٰكُمُ ٱلنَّارُ ۖ هِىَ مَوْلَىٰكُمْ ۖ وَبِئْسَ ٱلْمَصِيرُ 15
So today no ransom will be taken from you or from those who disbelieved. Your refuge is the Fire. It is most worthy of you, and wretched is the destination." الترجمة — Saheeh International
۞ أَلَمْ يَأْنِ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓا۟ أَن تَخْشَعَ قُلُوبُهُمْ لِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ وَمَا نَزَلَ مِنَ ٱلْحَقِّ وَلَا يَكُونُوا۟ كَٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ مِن قَبْلُ فَطَالَ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْأَمَدُ فَقَسَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ ۖ وَكَثِيرٌ مِّنْهُمْ فَـٰسِقُونَ 16
Has the time not come for those who have believed that their hearts should become humbly submissive at the remembrance of Allāh and what has come down of the truth? And let them not be like those who were given the Scripture before, and a long period passed over them, so their hearts hardened; and many of them are defiantly disobedient. الترجمة — Saheeh International
ٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحْىِ ٱلْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا ۚ قَدْ بَيَّنَّا لَكُمُ ٱلْـَٔايَـٰتِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ 17
Know that Allāh gives life to the earth after its lifelessness. We have made clear to you the signs; perhaps you will understand. الترجمة — Saheeh International
إِنَّ ٱلْمُصَّدِّقِينَ وَٱلْمُصَّدِّقَـٰتِ وَأَقْرَضُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا يُضَـٰعَفُ لَهُمْ وَلَهُمْ أَجْرٌ كَرِيمٌ 18
Indeed, the men who practice charity and the women who practice charity and [they who] have loaned Allāh a goodly loan - it will be multiplied for them, and they will have a noble reward. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦٓ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلصِّدِّيقُونَ ۖ وَٱلشُّهَدَآءُ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ لَهُمْ أَجْرُهُمْ وَنُورُهُمْ ۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَكَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَآ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْجَحِيمِ 19
And those who have believed in Allāh and His messengers - those are [in the ranks of] the supporters of truth and the martyrs, with their Lord. For them is their reward and their light. But those who have disbelieved and denied Our verses - those are the companions of Hellfire. الترجمة — Saheeh International
ٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّمَا ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَا لَعِبٌ وَلَهْوٌ وَزِينَةٌ وَتَفَاخُرٌۢ بَيْنَكُمْ وَتَكَاثُرٌ فِى ٱلْأَمْوَٰلِ وَٱلْأَوْلَـٰدِ ۖ كَمَثَلِ غَيْثٍ أَعْجَبَ ٱلْكُفَّارَ نَبَاتُهُۥ ثُمَّ يَهِيجُ فَتَرَىٰهُ مُصْفَرًّا ثُمَّ يَكُونُ حُطَـٰمًا ۖ وَفِى ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَغْفِرَةٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرِضْوَٰنٌ ۚ وَمَا ٱلْحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنْيَآ إِلَّا مَتَـٰعُ ٱلْغُرُورِ 20
Know that the life of this world is but amusement and diversion and adornment and boasting to one another and competition in increase of wealth and children - like the example of a rain whose [resulting] plant growth pleases the tillers; then it dries and you see it turned yellow; then it becomes [scattered] debris. And in the Hereafter is severe punishment and forgiveness from Allāh and approval. And what is the worldly life except the enjoyment of delusion. الترجمة — Saheeh International
سَابِقُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ مَغْفِرَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرْضُهَا كَعَرْضِ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ أُعِدَّتْ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ فَضْلُ ٱللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ 21
Race [i.e., compete] toward forgiveness from your Lord and a Garden whose width is like the width of the heavens and earth, prepared for those who believed in Allāh and His messengers. That is the bounty of Allāh which He gives to whom He wills, and Allāh is the possessor of great bounty. الترجمة — Saheeh International
مَآ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِىٓ أَنفُسِكُمْ إِلَّا فِى كِتَـٰبٍ مِّن قَبْلِ أَن نَّبْرَأَهَآ ۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ 22
No disaster strikes upon the earth or among yourselves except that it is in a register before We bring it into being - indeed that, for Allāh, is easy - الترجمة — Saheeh International
لِّكَيْلَا تَأْسَوْا۟ عَلَىٰ مَا فَاتَكُمْ وَلَا تَفْرَحُوا۟ بِمَآ ءَاتَىٰكُمْ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخْتَالٍ فَخُورٍ 23
In order that you not despair over what has eluded you and not exult [in pride] over what He has given you. And Allāh does not like everyone self-deluded and boastful - الترجمة — Saheeh International
ٱلَّذِينَ يَبْخَلُونَ وَيَأْمُرُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ بِٱلْبُخْلِ ۗ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلْغَنِىُّ ٱلْحَمِيدُ 24
[Those] who are stingy and enjoin upon people stinginess. And whoever turns away - then indeed, Allāh is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy. الترجمة — Saheeh International
لَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا رُسُلَنَا بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ وَأَنزَلْنَا مَعَهُمُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ وَٱلْمِيزَانَ لِيَقُومَ ٱلنَّاسُ بِٱلْقِسْطِ ۖ وَأَنزَلْنَا ٱلْحَدِيدَ فِيهِ بَأْسٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَنَـٰفِعُ لِلنَّاسِ وَلِيَعْلَمَ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَنصُرُهُۥ وَرُسُلَهُۥ بِٱلْغَيْبِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَوِىٌّ عَزِيزٌ 25
We have already sent Our messengers with clear evidences and sent down with them the Scripture and the balance that the people may maintain [their affairs] in justice. And We sent down iron, wherein is great military might and benefits for the people, and so that Allāh may make evident those who support Him and His messengers unseen. Indeed, Allāh is Powerful and Exalted in Might. الترجمة — Saheeh International
وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا نُوحًا وَإِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَجَعَلْنَا فِى ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا ٱلنُّبُوَّةَ وَٱلْكِتَـٰبَ ۖ فَمِنْهُم مُّهْتَدٍ ۖ وَكَثِيرٌ مِّنْهُمْ فَـٰسِقُونَ 26
And We have already sent Noah and Abraham and placed in their descendants prophethood and scripture; and among them is he who is guided, but many of them are defiantly disobedient. الترجمة — Saheeh International
ثُمَّ قَفَّيْنَا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَـٰرِهِم بِرُسُلِنَا وَقَفَّيْنَا بِعِيسَى ٱبْنِ مَرْيَمَ وَءَاتَيْنَـٰهُ ٱلْإِنجِيلَ وَجَعَلْنَا فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُ رَأْفَةً وَرَحْمَةً وَرَهْبَانِيَّةً ٱبْتَدَعُوهَا مَا كَتَبْنَـٰهَا عَلَيْهِمْ إِلَّا ٱبْتِغَآءَ رِضْوَٰنِ ٱللَّهِ فَمَا رَعَوْهَا حَقَّ رِعَايَتِهَا ۖ فَـَٔاتَيْنَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مِنْهُمْ أَجْرَهُمْ ۖ وَكَثِيرٌ مِّنْهُمْ فَـٰسِقُونَ 27
Then We sent following their footsteps [i.e., traditions] Our messengers and followed [them] with Jesus, the son of Mary, and gave him the Gospel. And We placed in the hearts of those who followed him compassion and mercy and monasticism, which they innovated; We did not prescribe it for them except [that they did so] seeking the approval of Allāh. But they did not observe it with due observance. So We gave the ones who believed among them their reward, but many of them are defiantly disobedient. الترجمة — Saheeh International
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَءَامِنُوا۟ بِرَسُولِهِۦ يُؤْتِكُمْ كِفْلَيْنِ مِن رَّحْمَتِهِۦ وَيَجْعَل لَّكُمْ نُورًا تَمْشُونَ بِهِۦ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ 28
O you who have believed, fear Allāh and believe in His Messenger; He will [then] give you a double portion of His mercy and make for you a light by which you will walk and forgive you; and Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful. الترجمة — Saheeh International
لِّئَلَّا يَعْلَمَ أَهْلُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ أَلَّا يَقْدِرُونَ عَلَىٰ شَىْءٍ مِّن فَضْلِ ٱللَّهِ ۙ وَأَنَّ ٱلْفَضْلَ بِيَدِ ٱللَّهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَن يَشَآءُ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلْفَضْلِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ 29
[This is] so that the People of the Scripture may know that they are not able [to obtain] anything from the bounty of Allāh and that [all] bounty is in the hand of Allāh; He gives it to whom He wills. And Allāh is the possessor of great bounty. الترجمة — Saheeh International
